W. Herbert Hunt

William Herbert Hunt is Advisor to Management of Petro-Hunt. He graduated in 1951 from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. “Herbert” has been active in the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry and has been involved in numerous discoveries of large and giant fields in his career. Mr. Hunt is active in the oil service industry, mining, and real estate operations on behalf of various Hunt family companies.

He has been a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist (AAPG) since 1953, and he serves on its Corporate Advisory Committee. He is also currently on the Board for American Petroleum Institute (API).

In 1970, he was President and Board Member of the American Association of Drilling Contractors (AAODC – now IADC); Board and Chairman of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) from 1986-1987; and President of Dallas Wildcat Committee 1965-1966.

He is currently serving other non-industry organizations such as Boy Scouts of America‘s Circle 10 Council - Executive Board since 1981 and past President 1984-1986; Boy Scouts of America Foundation Board; Board of Wadley Blood Bank & Research Institute (Now a part of Carter Blood Bank); and Board member of Presbyterian Hospital – Professional Building Corporation from 1985-1990. He is also a member of Dallas Country Club, Dallas Petroleum Club, and Tower Club.

Gage A. Prichard, Sr.

Gage Prichard, a graduate of SMU with a BA in Real Estate, has been the Trustee of the William Herbert Hunt Trust Estate since April 2008. He is also currently a Director of Pursue Energy Corporation.

Mr. Prichard served as President of his construction company, Gage Homes, for thirty eight years. During that time he was President of Dallas Builders Association, a life Director of National Association of Home Builders, and a twenty year member of the Housing Finance Committee. Mr. Prichard has been a Trustee for Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas for over twenty five years.

Bruce W. Hunt

Bruce Hunt is President of Petro-Hunt. Mr. Hunt graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Petroleum Land Management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc. (NYSE:HOS) and is the Independent Lead Director for the company. He is also a Director of Highlands Bancshares, Inc.

Mr. Hunt is active in a number of industry and professional organizations such as the American Petroleum Institute (API), Independent Producers Association of America (IPAA), National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA), and All-American Wildcatters. Mr. Hunt is past President of Dallas Petroleum Club, Dallas Wildcat Committee, and the Dallas Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He serves on the Board of Trustees at Texas Christian University (TCU) and is a past member of the International Board of Visitors at TCU’s Neeley School of Business. He is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and is involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations.

Douglas H. Hunt

Doug Hunt is presently Director of Acquisitions of Petro-Hunt. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. In addition to his activity in the oil and gas area, he is also responsible for the company’s coal investments. He currently serves as a Director of Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE:ACI).

Tommy Moffett

Tommy Moffett is Vice President of Operations for Petro-Hunt and Director and Vice President of Pursue Energy Corporation. He graduated in 1977 with a BAA from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He has over 35 years of experience with the Hunt companies in domestic, offshore and international drilling and production of oil and gas, including horizontal drilling and completion technology. Mr. Moffett is currently supervising drilling and production operations for Petro-Hunt and other related Hunt entities.

Robert M. Donohue, Jr.

Bobby Donohue is Vice President of Land for Petro-Hunt. He graduated in 1977 with a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Mr. Donohue has over 30 years of industry experience in major US basins. He has extensive knowledge of all oil, gas and energy related land matters and participates daily in review, evaluation, advice and approval of decisions in this area for Petro-Hunt.

Mr. Donohue is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Dallas Association of Professional Landmen and the East Texas Association of Professional Landmen.

Edwin Stacey

Ed Stacey serves as Reservoir Engineering Manager of Petro-Hunt. He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Stacey has been employed by the Hunt companies since 1982 in a variety of reservoir and production engineering capacities. Mr. Stacey is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Thomas E. Nelson

Tom Nelson serves as Vice President of Finance of Petro-Hunt, and as a Director, President and Treasurer of Pursue Energy Corporation. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Mr. Nelson has been with various Hunt companies since 1977. He became Vice President of Finance of a predecessor of Petro-Hunt in 1988. Mr. Nelson is responsible for all Petro-Hunt group accounting, tax, treasury and information technology activities. Mr. Nelson is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of AICPA (American Institute of CPA’s), and the Counsel of Petroleum Accounting Society.

R. Fred Hosey

Fred Hosey is Secretary and General Counsel of Petro-Hunt and Vice President and Secretary of Pursue Energy Corporation. Mr. Hosey is a Cum Laude graduate with University and Departmental Honors from Texas Christian University with a BA in History. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University-Dedman School of Law, Dallas, Texas. In his present capacity, Mr. Hosey represents approximately 300 corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts and individual interests.

Mr. Hosey is admitted to practice before the Texas Bar and the Oklahoma Bar; the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts of the Western and Southern Districts of Texas. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and Texas Bar Sections on Energy, Natural Resources and Litigation.

Mr. Hosey is active in Energy/Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Litigation, Insurance, Tort, Business Contracts and Transactions, Natural Resource, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Merger and Acquisition, Employment, Banking, Business Organization and Governance, Administrative, Federal, State and Local Government Relations/Regulation and Wills, Trusts and Estates Law.

James M. Mason

Jim Mason is Treasurer of Petro-Hunt and Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer for Pursue Energy Corporation. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1981 with a BSBA in Accounting, and then went on to obtain his MS in Finance in 1992 from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Mason is responsible for Petro-Hunt’s treasury operations, cash management and credit administration.

Alan Bain

Alan Bain is Vice President of Real Estate Development for Petro-Hunt. He went to Texas A&M University and received his BBA in 1978 and his MBA in 1979. Mr. Bain is responsible for all real estate projects pursued by the Petro-Hunt real estate entities. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Grand Heritage Home Owners Association. Mr. Bain also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the William Herbert Hunt Trust Estate and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Walter P. Roach

Walter Roach is Vice President of Human Resources for Petro-Hunt, L.L.C and Assistant Secretary of Pursue Energy Corporation. He graduated in 1965 with a BA from Texas Christian University and obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1967 from Baylor University, Waco, Texas. Mr. Roach is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Labor Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Since being employed by the company in 1971, Mr. Roach has advised on corporate, energy, trust and other business matters.
